After being almost three years with us, Dr. Elisa Bertolesi has just left Building Resilient. She joined Building Resilient in 2018 and worked in both large experimental campaigns and complex computational modelling. Apart from the excellent work carried out with us, we want to highlight her generosity and quality as human being.
Thanks to her commitment, in the last few years we have had the opportunity to perform excellent research including some of our most ambitious experimental and computational campaigns on: masonry cross-vaults, masonry buildings, reinforced concrete buildings, and steel bridges.
Although we will miss Elisa, we wish her an excellent future at Brunel University, where she is now a Lecturer. We hope that her new position will open up new possibilities of collaboration for Building Resilient.
It has been a pleasure to work with Elisa and share so many good moments with her.
