Diego Cetina and Lorenzo Marín have just joined Building Resilient

Two new researchers have just joined Building Resilient: Diego Cetina and Lorenzo Marín.

Diego Cetina holds a master’s degree in Concrete Engineering from the UPV and joins Building Resilient as a pre-doctoral researcher. Diego has previous experience in computational modeling of civil structures and progressive collapse. His work at Building Resilient will be related to computational simulations and experimental tests of reinforced concrete structures.

Lorenzo Marín holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the UPV and joins Building Resilient as a pre-doctoral researcher. He developed knowledge on advanced computational simulation of structures and has laboratory experiences in design, monitoring and execution of structural system tests. His work in Building Resilient will be focused on the research of the behavior of metallic structural systems against failure and on the design of structural fuses to prevent the propagation of damage in buildings.

We look forward to sharing many successful achievements with them.
