SHM applied to three steel railway bridges

Building Resilient and CALSENS are working in the Structural Health Monitoring of 3 steel railway bridges. We have used state-of-the-art equipment and also a new approach to analyse results at our headquarters.

The current pandemic due to COVID-19 has changed some of our plans and we are now working at home. Our activity is now focused on performing computational modelling and disseminating the results obtained in our previous experimental campaigns.

We are looking forward to working in our labs again. A new experimental campaign on a full-scale precast concrete building structure is waiting.
